Mr. Parmjit S. Mangat, B.A., C.F.P., R.C.I.C., President and Founder of West Coast Immigration Consultants, holds the designation of Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (R.C.I.C) and is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Counsel (I.C.C.R.C.), #R415151.

Mr. Mangat has been a senior consultant and advocate for over twenty years, specializing in Immigration Appeals, Admissibility Hearings, Refugee Claims, Skilled Worker and Business Immigration applications. With 12+ years’ experience as the Program Director of World View Adoption Association, he also has deep, specialized knowledge of immigration processes related to both orphan and relative adoptions.

Prior to working in the field of immigration, Mr. Mangat served as an army officer, supervising investigator, New York State Insurance Fund, and as an adjunct faculty member at Long Island University, New York.

Mr. Mangat is the editor of the Immigration to Canada Digest and has regularly written articles for newspapers and periodicals throughout the world. He appears regularly as a guest on major Canadian and Indian news networks as an immigration expert.

Ms. Shtemberg has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto. She brings extensive non-profit experience in assisting clients from diverse ethnic backgrounds in navigating the maze of government services, resources and supports. Maria joined West Coast Immigration and World View Adoption Association in 2010 and has been a valuable asset in providing efficient service to our clients. Maria is fluent in English and Russian languages.

Martina Valentova has an extensive experience in the field of Canadian immigration law and regulations which she has gained working for the Citizenship and Immigration Canada as well as for International Organization for Migration that has recently become a partner in outsourcing of services for Canadian diplomatic missions worldwide. Martina strives to use her knowledge to offer a professional and efficient service to our clients and assist them in the processing of a wide variety of cases, such as family sponsorship, study permits, work permits, visitor visas, skilled workers, business applicants. She has a B.A. in the field of International Relations with a special emphasis on the Middle East and Africa. Martina speaks fluent English, Czech and Slovak and can also communicate in basic German and Arabic.

Mirja Ramsey

Mirja Ramsey has been involved in Relative Adoption cases for the past 15+ years.  She is also well known in the Canadian adoption community as someone who is qualified to help adoptive families successfully work through the complexities of international adoptions. Prior to joining World View, Mrs. Ramsey was with the Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth Services for more than 20 years. She has a thorough knowledge of the Ontario legislation and policy as it relates to relative international adoptions by Ontario families. She also has extensive experience in working with the Canadian federal government, with foreign adoption authorities and with the Canadian missions in other countries.

Annie Rupchand has an innate ability to deal with our clients with compassion, professionalism, and empathy. These skills among others derive from her diverse suite of education and professional experience. She has an LLB from the University of Buckingham (UK), a B.A (Hons) in International Development Studies and a B.Sc in Psychology from York University. She also has extensive experience from her management and administrative roles at Telus and Legal Aid Ontario.

Ms. Moore works on Business Immigration and Humanitarian & Compassionate cases.  She provides business consulting services through her company, MindEQuity, at www.mindequity.ca.

Ms. Moore has an M.B.A. in international strategy and is fluent in English, German and Russian.
